This guide spells out what CaseTrust renovation accreditation is, what it does not guarantee, and how to check a company yourself — including how Blackwoods Interior sits against that bar.

CaseTrust is a consumer-facing trust mark for renovation businesses in Singapore. How to verify before you book a consult

Spend ten minutes before you send floor plans:

Confirm the legal name on invoices will match the company you are speaking to.

Request a sample quotation structure: wet works, carpentry, electrical, flooring, PC sums, exclusions, payment stages.
Ask who your day-to-day contact is after you sign — not only who closes the sale.

If answers are vague, expensive-looking, or “trust us, we’ll sort it on site,” walk. Design-and-build only works when design intent and build cost stay tied together on paper.
